So, I walked out into my backyard which opens up to a huge open space where I am always looking for what animals are around to greet me. I noticed an Eagle and as I curiously watched and listened for a message from spirit, I realized in that beautiful moment that I was in the true realm of Mother Earth and Father Sky!

I realized that in that moment I had been walking in the shadows of former realities. Eagle teaches us to look higher and to touch Grandfather Sun with our hearts. To love the shadows as well as the light, for they both hold lessons. When we allow ourselves to see the beauty in both, we take flight like the Eagle with trust lifting our wings!
